MBS Workplace Environments
The Problem
MBS originally had an eCommerce website which had been set up to sell products directly to customers, but the site had ended up as more of an online product directory which they had found very challenging and time consuming to keep up to date.
Their business had also moved from just supplying furniture to now taking on complete office refit and renovation projects, which meant they needed a new site which accurately represented their business and brought their brand up to date.
Our Approach
As always, we started with getting to know MBS’s business and establishing what they really needed to achieve with this project.
We then moved on to looking at their competitors in the office refits and refurbishments industry and researching the search keywords and phrases their potential customers were using before putting together a site map and digital strategy.
Once this was in place we advised on content before moving on to design and develop the new website.
The Result
The new site has repositioned MBS in the marketplace as not just a furniture supplier but a business which helps with all areas of an office refurbishment or relocation project.
The new more modern design also makes it easier for new and existing customers to find out about what MBS do and the services they offer much more quickly.
This has resulted in lots of positive feedback from their existing clients and a much clearer message about the company being communicated to any prospective clients.
Since the launch of the new site their organic search engine rankings have also improved for many of their target keywords without an ongoing SEO campaign.
They have helped us not only with design but also advised us on content and images that best reflect the message we are looking to deliver. The other benefit we got was that it focused our minds on who we were looking to attract and the best way of achieving it.
I would recommend that anyone who is looking to create a new website should consider Fifteen Three as someone to talk to as our experience has been very positive.”
