The Problem
The business had developed a lot since their first site was set up and as they generated more interest, it became clear that their existing site no longer served their business needs. There was a lack of key information available which potential customers needed, and valuable time was being taken up with phone calls answering very similar queries.
Timber Frame Technology’s business had moved on to the stage where they needed a site which clearly showed visitors exactly what they do, gave key information on how they work and allowed interested potential customers to easily make an enquiry.
Our Approach
As always, we started by really getting to know Timber Frame Technology’s business and who their customers are. This allowed us to narrow in on their ideal clients and their current online competitors.
We then researched the search keywords and phrases their potential customers were using before putting together a site map and digital strategy for the new site.
Next was the most important part of the project – developing a content plan so that the key information we knew customers were looking for was included on the site and easy for them to find. After this was in place, we moved on to designing and building an easy to use site around the content.
The Result
The new site has helped to position Timber Frame Technology as a leader in the timber frame industry with its ease of use and customer focused content. The site also provides a platform for Timber Frame Technology to build on this going forward.
